The Replacements. They just made their first TV appearance in 25 years! They took 25 years off, and now they're back.

Ah HaH!!! How about some Dinosaur Jr, maybe some Lemonheads or some Jane's or Buffalo Tom...Nice to see Paul Westerberg back with the boys....today's music blows, and I can't understand why anyone likes it....Back in the day, go to a hole in the wall with your buds, drink beer, listen to great and ripping music from real bands....we are now bro bond connected and we will convert or destroy the infidels who listed to half assed music...and it shouldn't even be called music...music takes talent and some intestinal fortitude bitches!!!!

Have to say, I cut my teeth on the Beatles, Stones, Doors, Jimi, Zeppelin, and from there I was open to all music that didn't suck...I am sad for anyone that listens to the radio...right now I love Ryan Adams...touching base with the blues and alt country....innovative song writer and guitar player...but give me some Queens of the Stone Age....Josh Homme is one of the throw back musicians who gets it...any band or artist going for main stream acceptance realizes there is a market for that garbage music, and the masses willingly consume it...major sadness....but there is hope...I used to love Michael Jackson's Beat It....ha ha...No offence Eddie or Michael, even though I don't listen to any of their music now. I suppose there are steps to take in realizing anything beyond one's current existence to realizing something more...No hate here....hate is counter productive to change...so I suppose this post is only a suggestion, as are my other posts...take it or leave it....WOW!!!! Lot's of words...young people check out music before you we're born...it will help you decipher what is actually good music now...a suggestion..
