Last night I was re-flashing the ecu with a different stratified tune and the accessport turned off once it got to about 3 percent. When I turn it back on it’s in recovery mode and I can’t flash on any of the Cobb tunes because the same thing happens (ap turns off at 0-3 percent). The car won’t turn on and I had a battery charger connected. Any suggestions ?

Re-flashing any eeproms / firmware is a high risk task, really depending on quality of the software tools/hardware involved.

Best try to go back to the original Ford F/W image reload.
