Came across this when looking at ATP's website. On this page they have a link to an image that shows all the flow restrictions in the stock IC piping Higher Flowing Replacement Charge Air Pipe (hot side) for 2014+ Fiesta ST 1.6L Turbo : atpturbo.com
Here's the image:

It looks like all of the restriction happens in the first 2-3 feet of piping (and probably the actual intercooler).
Good information going forward, in the image they claim flow up to 400 HP with replacing the restrictive parts.
Also worth noting is on the page they say:
Please note: If you don’t have plans to upgrade to a larger turbo down the road, we don’t recommend spending money on this part as it’s not necessary and there isn’t measureable gains to justify the cost. The choking point is really the turbo outlet itself at 1.5” OD and a bit over 1.25” inner diameter. You will be better served to put the money towards an intercooler upgrade as that greatly enhances the operation of the stock turbo.
Interesting information to have, that ATP doesn't think the stock turbo will be negatively affected by the stock IC piping. Also when a company tells me something isn't worth buying in every situation, I tend to trust them way more
