Code P1124. TP Sensor

Hello all, I’m new to the group. My son drives a 14 ST. He’s been have trouble with the car stalling at stop signs and stop lights. My mechanic plugged it in and it threw this code. My question is where is the TP sensor located? I’m new to Turbos. Thanks in advance for any help you can provide.
