184 whp/221 ftlbs. Obviously dynos can be manipulated to show better or worse using whatever correction factor. They did make run after run and the numbers didn't vary much.

they also dyno'd the FoST if you click the link within the program.
the FiST performed in a superior fashion in terms of consistency and smoothness.
i'm driving one today to comapre to the FoST i drove 2 weeks ago.
everything i've read makes me lean towards the FiST

They mentioned that the FoST heat-soaked like crazy and was not consistent in putting down power.

This is not surprising because of the crap stock FoST intercooler, its a major choke point for them.

yeah definitely noticed that.
i'm sure the cobb aftermarket would be really good on the FoST.
i had a process west TMIC on my 2011 WRX that was absolutely BEAST for heat dissipation/cooling. put down 300+ WHP and 360+ wheelTQ to all 4 wheels on the stock turbo
with consistent runs. not sure if they make a FoST one yet

is the FiST FMIC better than the FoST? or is it just b/c it's a smaller engine/less power it doesn't need as much cooling so it winds up handling it better?

To me, the FoST doesn't give anywhere near the driving fun and experience the FiST does.
