Simple question, I've searched and searched....

ESP/TC - Can it be COMPLETELY turned off? If so what is the sequence/procedure to turn it 100% off?

Press and hold it for 5 secs according to the Supplemental ST manual. But the enhanced torque vectoring feature cannot be disabled.

Yes, you can turn it off, either via the ESC button, or in the menu under vehicle settings.
