Not bad.
Watching YouTube for Fiesta ST exhaust systems, I am hoping Milltek brings one over here someday. Had theirs on my 08 VW R32, and loved it.

I love it for racing only but for everyday neighborhood drive bys i dunno.....

All personal preference. Its really not that loud. I consider it to be a tasteful mod to the car.
