I got a J Barone Racing Heavy Shift Knob for the Focus ST for my birthday this past Dec. Everything was the same and installed without issue. I love the feel of the weighted shift knob compared to stock. The throws and feel are much better than the stock knob. I Highly recommend it..

There's nothing wrong with the stock knob, I've just always been used to having a weighted knob. Shifts are definitely smoother.

There is about a 500 gram difference if JBR is correct. And it aint that pretty, but its a nice chunky piece of metal in the hand, makes shifting even funner.

Plus JBR makes great products, many in my Mazdaspeed community ran them.

I like it, it fits well with the the rest of the interior even though it looks like a stone. I'd consider this.
