SANTA MONICA, Calif. -- The pocket rocket is back. Or so hopes Ford, which has brought a souped-up version of its smallest car from Europe to U.S. with hopes that a new generation of younger drivers will want a walk-up call when it comes to the idea that driving can be fun. The new car is the Fiesta ST, which Ford made available for test drives here earlier this month. It joins the slightly larger Focus ST as the bad little boys of the Ford lineup.
