I thought I would introduce myself here. I live in the Edmonton area. I ordered my Molten Orange Fiesta ST a few weeks ago. The dealership expects it to arrive between Oct. 18-25th (just in time for the snow to arrive 
), but they will still need to put a two way starter in and probably winter tires (both of which I added to the financing), so I'm not sure when I'll be able to take it home.
For those not from Canada reading this, the options here are very limited. The base model already comes with the partial leather Recaro seats, and I added all the available options: moon roof, premium wheels and calipers, and the navigation system. I was very hesitant about the moon roof as I plan to have this car for a long time and I worry about it leaking but this car was going to be one of the first available ones in my area and I didn't want to wait.
I am so excited this car is now available in Canada. I love small hatches (my current car is a '95 Geo Metro) but I want something with speed. I'm also excited that it only comes in a 6 speed manual transmission.
Since I haven't been able to see a FiST in person yet, I'm wondering if anyone can answer some questions I have. First, I'm wondering how the Recaro seats adjust (especially curious if you can adjust the height)? Second, I'm wondering how people like the navigation system and the Ford Touch? I am sad the screen is smaller than in the Focus ST and I'm wondering if anyone is finding it too small? Last, I'm wondering if anyone has done any winter driving with their FiST and how it handles?
