You're right, this is not a recall, it's a Customer Satisfaction Program. SYNC and MyFordTouch are out of my scope, and we don't currently have an In-Vehicle Technology rep on this board, but you can reach out to our IVT team in the following ways:

Ok, my apologies, as I may be slow this morning (again my apologies) but what exactly is this for? I know it is for the My Ford Touch, etc. but what exactly is this particular update accomplishing? All I see on the link provided is instructions for the dealer to install it. If I missed the changes or updates applied, please feel free to point it out...just wondering if this is something I should go to my dealer about. Thanks in advance.
