When I had my VW R32, the local VW Vortex owners would always hold a GTG by the Krogers in Irving off MacArthur and the 635 on the last Thursday of every month. Will there be any ST meets soon? Sadly for me though, o work Tuesday through Saturday from 11am till 8pm. So am only around Sunday/Monday.

Sure would love to meet other ST owners soon.

Ahhh I'm all the way out in El Centro, 2 hours east of San Diego. The car scene in my area is not great at all, mostly independent. There is a group of guys with older American muscle cars, but that's about all. If it's planned in advanced I might make the trip over the mountain.

I just learned about a new meetup in Lake Worth on Friday nights. Im guessing it used to be the group from the Starbucks meets on Beach and Western Center. Happens every Friday rom what I understand. If it IS the old Starbucks crowd, its a pretty mixed bunch. Everything from rattlecanned tinker toys to trailer queen muscle cars. Mostly kids, but from time to time there are some real gems to be seen. Im down to meet up if anyones interested. My girl can bring her camera.
