No ESC button in fully loaded FiST

I picked up my car the other day and just noticed that I have no ESC button! I look on the window sticker and it has it listed under safety as standard equipment. I looked at over 30 other vehicles on cars.com and every single car has it. Am I the only person who has this problem? Did FORD forget to put it in?

It should be right next to the heated seat (if equipped) button at the bottom of the center stack. It doesn't say ESC on it but rather has a picture of a spinning wheel (if I remember correctly).

I doubt they forgot it, but I guess anything is possible.
Ya, I know where it is supposed to be there is just on of those pieces of blank black plastic there. You know, the one that goes where a button would be. And it should say ESC OFF.
If that's the case then I suppose a visit to the dealer is in order.
Yup bout to head down now. Idk if they can add it or if they need to replace the car. Can't track it if the wheels won't spin...
I'd like to see a pic of this! haha

Welcome to Flickr!
let's see if this link works. Can you see the pic?
Dealer said it wasn't installed at the factory.. Way to go Ford...... Now I'm driving a base model Fiesta until they figure out how to fix it.
Wow... reminds of reading about the guy who had an unpainted door handle, or the guy who got a Focus ST with the wrong rear spoiler... or the guy who bought a Raptor with the wrong engine in it. Must have been a Friday afternoon car.
Just had a buddy told me that his buddy bought a base model vw jetta a while back and the factory put in a vr6 engine by mistake...vw wants it back and of course he refused.
But I guess it must suck if its the other way round...

does the button push... even though it isn't marked? It may still work.

Wow, never heard something like this. I'd refuse also, had a vr6 for 5 years and it was a great engine and sounded awesome with an exhaust and basic bolt ons.

Haha I actually tried that and it didn't do anything. They are going to try and fix it tomorrow or I told them to get me a new car. Time will tell. Driving a base 5spd Fiesta. What a difference! Averaged 43 MPGs lol.
You can always switch it offg under vehicle sttings in the menu's.

Where would I find this ? I looked under vehicle settings and only have like 4 things being Hill assist and Valet mode Health report and My Key. Is it hidden someplace else ?

Can't find it either nor can the dealership. How do you do this? The dealer said that only the automatic STs have this feature. Then I showed them pics of it from other cars on cars.com. And I told the idiot that they don't make auto STs. Now it's been brought up to the corporate level..so they say.
Wow just wow ...

Wow just wow ...
How do you accidentally omit a standard feature?

I don't know, but it's starting to really make me upset.
that sucks.

so the dealer has a least given you a loaner, good for them for not trying to buffalo you.

take it out on that loaner, anyway.
