Unfortunately that may make sense. I ordered my FiST first week of September and by mid October they had no production date, VIN etc, they were absolutely clueless. I told them to find me one and they did in western Ontario, fully loaded molten orange. Ordered that one instead of the original white one and had it in 1 week ..... glad I did, love the Orange!

I ordered mine monday of this week from markham Ford (Toronto region) and the owner personally told me that that day was the last day to put an order in for the 2013 production (car to arrive in 4-6 weeks). Anything ordered after that will be on the next build which is a 4 month wait.

Same dealership told me when I ordered on September 30th, delivery would b 4-6 weeks,
end of November at the latest...told 2day build early January, delivery early February...
I swear, they will tell u anything at point of sale!

Fraser Ford only dealer that was realistic, they told me 12-14 weeks 4 delivery.

Ah... My 04 Mazda 3 has been giving me problems lately and I've been eyeing the Fiesta ST the past couple of weeks
Sad to hear that even if I order now, it won't be till February...
I dont know where you are located but a quick Autotrader search or if you ask your dealership that can locate 1 for you. This is what my dealership did for me when I was forced to purchase due to an accident.

Looks like there's a few Fiesta ST's available in Ontario

"The price for the Fiesta ST is: $30,419, this includes HST & all Ford Programs too. The only extra charge is for the plates."

"The only colours available are 3 Tuxedo Blacks, 2 Performance Blue and 2 Molten Orange.I also checked them all and every single one of the Fiesta ST's have the same package: 17" Premium rims, moonroof, 6-speed manual and navigation."

As for the current promotions offered by Ford it's either the Winter Package or $750 cash rebate

"The program that Ford is currently offering you is the Winter Tire package. Included in the price that I gave you is the $750 cash rebate. However, if you would prefer to have the tires instead, then we'd have to add back on $750 for the tires"

Ah... Time to decide whether to move out of my parents house and move closer to work, pay off my student loan, or grab a new car...

Turns out that's exactly what happened. I ordered September 30th 2013. I received my V.I.N December 14th 2013. I got my window sticker January 22 2014. The build date on the window sticker is January 17th 2014. That's 17 weeks from order to w.s. By the time this vehicle arrives it will be 20 weeks + from order to delivery!! and that was with allocation and "special order" priority status. Fo Mo Co Canada is low man on the totem pole when it comes to feeding the needs of the parents U.S. orders. Canadian orders are routinely held regardless of status until the veracious appetite of a population of 330 million of our friends and relatives to the south is satisfied compared to 33 million frozen toque wearing Canucks. It certainly makes sense from a business p.o.v. However, clearly frustrating for Fo Mo Co Canada and it's dealer network as this nugget comes from an exasperated G.T.A dealer principal.

Not sure how true this is but here it is. I read that they take a 3 week shutdown in Dec at the Mfg Plant . I know when mine was built it took a extra week due to some national holiday and a long weekend... Just sayin Could be a Holiday Break or retooling which at this point i lean towards the holiday as this is a new model mid year build now...

Rodmoe, 2 week normal holiday, plus another week off (idle time) due to soft Fiesta sales.

We have the same build date. Did you receive your ETTX number yet?
