Will be placing an order for a Molten Orange Fiesta ST on Monday.

Car for the wife. She reckons she wants to race me in our Focus ST :)

So in a few weeks, any Brisbanites driving south on the Centenary at knock off time........watch out !! Mrs. Numb is a well known road rager and now she will have a car with some grunt (current is a Getz) she is likely to pull no punches.
Collect mine (frozen white) from MetroFord Brisbane on Tuesday. Mods on the way soon. Wheels already painted black. Leather interior later next week. Brake Calipers in need of painting quickly. But all together thrilled.
hello all, molten orange 3 door, country victoria,
no suprise to see both const and ledfoot here

Yes, well....FINALLY picked up the car from the dealer on Saturday !!

Some story about no Molten Orange left in the country and then the boat was delayed and then it took a week to get the car OFF the boat !!!! Sheesh !!!

Mrs Numb VERY chuffed (her car). Can't wait to go to work on Monday (wait...what?)
Hi All test drove a fist but not paid for yet negotiating on price. Looks like a bit of a wait til the next batch arrives in January.... Wish it could be here for the Christmas break. Are you guys happy with your purchase? Most the chat seems to be US and Canada but I guess it's still early days for oz sales
Best bang for buck car I have ever owned, hands down. Throw in a Bluefin tune and it's a little ripper. Love it.

Picked up mine exactly 2 months ago. Nice zippy little car, not quick like a Evo or Rex but quick enough to show its arse to all those crappy turbo diesel 4 wheel drives that are everywhere on Aussie roads. The best front wheel drive I have ever driven. About the only thing I would change is quicken the steering ratio, its a little slow for my liking and some more power but that can be addressed.

Ha Sekred :p I own one of those turbo diesels 4wdrives they go great guns in the bush... That's what mines for anyway camping and hitting some serious tracks.
Hi Savant, I agree there great in the bush and that's where they should stay. What annoys me is tradies that think they are driving a sports car instead of a over weight, top heavy lump with crappy brakes, especially the nobs with 4 inch lift kits. Nothing personal intended. ;)
No worries Sekred. I know what you mean. :) I spent some time in Canada one of the things I noticed there was the size of the 'pickups' everyone drives. No way they would be legal here... I had aa Honda civic hatch stock in manual there and felt like I was in a computer game dodging round the huge beasts. They were all V8's too no Tdi's so they must have some serious fuel bills.

Found out yesterday my FiST delivery has been pushed back to Feb.. Dang. Apparently they are getting really hard to get hold of. I envy you guys who have taken delivery. Only spotted 1 on the roads so far a red one. Anybody else spotted any?
Hi I'm from melbourne. Bought my ST (ruby red) back in August, best small turbo car I have owned.

hey ConST why did you choose bluefin? I'm thinking Revo.
Mainly because there are no Revo Ford dealers in Australia. They're working on it, which translates to "we have no clue when it will be here".

Having no support here was a big factor. Bluefin is proven. Has plenty of local support. And is all this little hatch needs. It's already got plenty of wheel spin and torque steer after the tune. I don't think it needs anymore!!

Plus I can do it all myself. Took all of ten minutes to flash it.

Yeah bluefin is my second option. Good to hear it's sufficient. Will still look into the Revo a mate knows a few of the Audi Revo guys will see what they have to say. I like the Revo SPS unit. Can't do much til I take delivery anyway.
Con aernt you worried about your factory warranty??
