For those looking for replacements, the bulbs in the rear are 3757A's. The turn signals in the headlight assembly however are 3157A's, which is really strange. Although you can use 3157A's for both (might have to trim down the tabs).

Never heard of most of those type of bulbs the OP listed accept for the H11/H1 bulbs. Thats what happens when you only drive Honda most your life lol

Is there a better headlight bulb option than stock and if so what do you peeps recommend. The stock bulbs just don't provide much in the way of lighting. I'm used to the AFS and HIDs of my last car Speed 3) and HIDs of my Focus SVT... surely there is a better bulb option out there. I know I can't expect too much, but even a small improvement would be nice. ;)

Nice, thanks for the links. It's been awhile since I've had to look for lighting options.
Hey, Just letting any Aussies know the low beam for ours are H7 as shown here. I should have RTFM. Oh well another order

Yeah, I got the CrystalVisions as well, nice improvement but still doesn't touch on a proper HID setup.

Remember kids, HIDs in reflector housings means you like Hitler.

Yeah man I totally miss HID's but I'm loathed to put a cheap kit in. I hope this will be enough of an improvement for me.

You guys got the projector light there in Australia or reflectors?

Our Aussie housings take halogen bulbs. They are halogen projectors and have a visible lens. I was reading about the virtues of fitting an HID kit but from what I read the beam pattern won't look right. I can't be bothered modifying the housing so I'll stick with getting new whiter style main halogen bulbs.

Yep, even halogen reflectors won't properly reflect an HID bulb, unfortunately. A proper retrofit should be "easier", but still not easy.
hey guys, a quick correction from the owner's manual..

I replaced all the interior lights with LED wedge bulbs just now and the information on the manual is not that accurate. First of all, reading lamp and interior lights are ALL W5W bulbs. The interior lamp is NOT W6W as it states on the manual.

Also, taking the bulbs out is a lot more work than just 'twist and turn' as it states on the manual. You need those mini screwdrivers to remove few screws here and there to replace them.
The rear dome was the pain. Horrible design.

Isn't the rear dome same as the front dome?
Would definitely recommend to anyone who drives/parks regularly at night time to upgrade your stock reversing bulbs to LED, I did this last week and am delighted with my decision, the LEDs throw a great crisp white light behind the car, and I can see the gutter now when parallel parking! They look a bit odd in the cluster but the function is what it's all about!
