NOT sure they are the same transmission though they are both 6 speed manuals and the shifters are cable not direct to the transmission IT might fit or you can cross shop it with new parts coming from COBB and Since they list the Knob as the same part I think it is a good chance they are the same thread.. hope this helps

Celsius please people ;)

Summer here will hit 40 C quite often, and I do on occasion have to park my car where there is direct sun. I can let you know that even parking the car in 26 C (about 80 F) is enough to make the knob damn hot. Luckily it's stainless steel, so it doesn't retain its' heat very well, but for the first little bit, your shifts have to super quick. Too hot to hold for long haha.

Hence why I'd prefer a hybrid....steel weight on the bottom, covered by a polymer.

I'll probably sell it. It gets crazy hot here in the summer, which is coming up!

You're in the US though, no? Might be pricey to ship to you.....
Its not terrible, I've bought some stuff from down under... ;) Plus it doesn't get crazy hot here. I had a very similar knob in my s2k back in the day and I made a little jacket for it. (Which I still have) Only requirement for me to buy your knob, if you will sell it, is you have to send a picture of Tamarama Beach!

Haha. The US buys stuff from us? It's always the other way around! Although not so much anymore as our dollar has dropped. But go back two years, and man, I was snapping up stuff from there like mad. Plus anything under $1000 (not including shipping costs) is import duty free here.

I will be selling it. I bought the WC Lathe Werks knob yesterday from Chris, who is great to deal with btw!

This may sound lame, but I've tried to get my stock shift knob off, but it won't budge. Before I put some real pressure on it, I just want to confirm with you guys that there isn't a set screw or something hidden out of view that I am missing. Would hate to break off the shift lever! Please advise. Thanks.
