I found this on a Mustang forum and it 'might' work..

I think you roll the windows down and hold the button down for 2 seconds then roll it up and hold the button up for 2 seconds.

It's in the manual but the above sounds close . This will happen every time you disconnect your battery..

You have to re-initialize the auto up features when you disconnect the battery. Roll the window halfway down, then back up and keep holding the switch for 2 seconds after the window is up. You should be able to hear the window switch faintly click and the auto up/down should work again.

Here is one I found on another Fiesta site..

After the battery has been disconnected from the vehicle you must reset the bounce-back memory:
1. Pull up the switch and hold until the window is fully closed then release the switch.
2. Pull up the switch again for one more second.
3. Press and hold the switch until the window is fully open, then release the switch.
4. Pull up the switch and hold until the window is fully closed.
5. Open the window and try to close it automatically.
6. Reset and repeat procedure if the window does not close automatically.
